Once you've declared your pre-existing medical conditions on your policy, you'll be covered if you need to cancel or cut short your trip due to a change in health leaving you unable to travel. You'll also be covered if you need emergency medical treatment while abroad, including repatriation to land from a cruise ship, and back to the UK where medically necessary.
While travelling, for minor illness, you'll have access to an English Speaking Teledoctor service (both video call and phone call) who can issue you prescriptions remotely in most countries. For more major illness, you'll also have access to our 24/7 medical emergency assistance line.

Following the bereavement on my Mother in Law my husband and our family had to cancel our holiday. The team were very helpful when I had issues completing the claim online.
