Stressful quick and easy

Following the bereavement on my Mother in Law my husband and our family had to cancel our holiday. The team were very helpful when I had issues completing the claim online. They explained everything that was needed and when asking for further information made it clear what they were asking. The claim was resolved within three/four weeks and was completely stress free which given the circumstances was greatly appreciated.
