I had my travel insurance with Cedar Tree for a number of years. Unfortunately, due to a consultation referral I was unable to automatically renew my cover. Following the consultation, I contacted Cedar Tree to disclose this information. This was handled perfectly by Michaela who wanted to look into my case to be able to provide a quote. She did call me back as promised but unfortunately I missed her call. I called back and spoke to Charlie who promptly handled the next steps for setting up the cover. Very impressed by the service I have received. Would not hesitate to recommend Cedar Tree.

Purchased online via a comparison site as the annual travel policy met and exceeded all my requirements. A week after purchasing I noticed ed, when downloading my documents to print, that I had misspelt my surname. Called up Customer service who answered immediately and sorted out my error in an extremely efficient and friendly way. I was highly impressed with the service I received from Nicky. Thank you for rectifying my mistake and making it no trouble at all. Nicky also advised me of access to free Doctor consultation advice whilst on my travels incase I wasn't aware.
