I needed to update my cedar tree policy for an upcoming holiday so I gave them a call. It took just a couple of automated selections on the keypad and I was straight through to a very helpful operative. He amended my policy with no fuss at all, asked a few additional questions and hey presto, it was all done. No additional cost which I was expecting and no dramas. Absolutely brilliant 👍
