Before you make a gadget claim, please be aware that you can only claim for gadgets via this service. Any other claim (for example for other baggage or cash) will need to be made via the general claims services. If you need to claim for both a gadget and baggage, you'll need to register two claims.
Gadget means: Mobile Phones, iPhones, iPads, Tablets, laptops and Smartwatches. You'll also be able to claim for accessories lost or damaged at the same time as a gadget, such as chargers, carrying cases, headphones, hands-free mounting kits, and USB cables. Sim cards and wearables are not covered.
