Very simple and direct service with a friendly tone. I was very happy with how quick i was able to change my policy with no hassle and with a very reasonable price upgrade that i was not expecting.
Easy to complete forms and understand
Once I spoke to a representative the service i received was good. However I had a great deal of trouble getting through, given that my questions were in relation a possible claim re cancelled travel plans. These are related a recent diagnosis, it was very stressful.
