Staff member was very polite and kind when I was speaking to him. It was easy to cancel as I was within 14 days of cancellation. He has sent me a cancelation confirmation which was so quick and told me that refund will be credited into my account in 5 or 10 working days.

Very fast process, and reasonably priced

I have been using Cedar tree for my travel insurance since 2018. Their prices are always competitive and because I used them for so long I receive a 20% discount on my insurance. I haven't made a claim but I have every confidence they would deal with any claims very professionally, which makes me feel at ease.

Luckily I have not needed to use the insurance but I am thankful to have it in place , it was relatively easy to use the online form and I also used it last year also .
