Travelling for a week to Tenerife and leaving next Monday so l needed the right insurance for my journey, quickly. I rang CedarTree rather than doing the insurance online as l wanted to make sure l was covered properly. I took out a single trip Platinum Level Travel Insurance. Jake answered all my questions politely and thoroughly. He went through everything properly making sure l was covered for everything l needed. I have used CedarTree before, but never claimed. My main concern was medical, legal and gadgets so my mobile is covered and if l went on a trip on a boat round the island l would be covered. Which l will be as standard, so no need for Cruise Cover. Also should my travel be delayed the insurance would continue till l landed in Manchester, Uk. I was advised to download the app so l could access my documents and also was sent emails with all policies. Thank you for all your help, Jake.
