So far so good: Policy was easy to purchase, has cover that we need and a competitive price. Also when there was a slight issue with the information I received very good customer service via the online chat and the problem was rectified promptly. I feel that a 5* review can only be given if a claim is necessary and this is dealt with appropriately but hopefully this won't be necessary for me!

Excellent service very helpful and explained everything very well. Went through medical screening on renewal making sure everything was correct. Gave me an authorization code for the policy in case anyone else needed to speak to them on my behalf.
