Giovanna was very polite, professional and helpful. She put me at ease when O had questions about my travel insurance. Thank you for your help, I can enjoy my holiday with ease knowing I don't have to stress about any questions I had. My only negative is that when you call customer services from a landline, you're unable to choose option 1 or 2 and it just keeps repeating the same message, no matter how many times you press 1 or redial.
