I did not have to wait for long when calling the insurance. Jake was very helpful and explained what he did and then what I have to do after he noted down the changes. Overall it was a good experience, however, I cannot understand why I could not have made the changes (notification of our new health conditions) online? - I could do this when I initially signed up, and certainly having the option to to do this only should have saved time.
I bought a policy online, it seems a very decent policy for a great price. Hopefully, I won't need to claim, so I can't say anything about them at the minute.
